Eaglemont Antiques was located in one of Melbourne's most original and distinctive commercial developments of the stated era, with heritage recognition. With my fervent passion for antiques comes a seemingly natural interest in local history and therefore it is little wonder when it came to re-locate Eaglemont Antiques that I looked towards a location that would be completely different from Silverdale Road, and one that would have an historical significance to its local history. When a large showroom situated on acreage near the area that once surrounded Bell's Cottage on Happy Hollow Farm in Plenty, and its links to the orchardists Frederick & Theodore Flintoff and Robert Whatmough became available, it seemed the perfect setting.

As of March 2011, "Eaglemont Antiques & Interiors at Plenty" will be open, every second week end of each month and at your convenience by telephoning 0408 530 259. The address is 49 Happy Hollow Drive, Plenty, such a lovely name for a new venture.

The larger space that encompasses several rooms, in a large building situated in a peaceful rural setting will no doubt mean that I will be making many forays interstate and overseas to ensure that there is always something of interest for our very loyal clientele.

With a passionate interest and fond attachment to 18th & 19th century antiques, art & design, Dawn Davis understands that today’s young consumers like to mix and match and experiment, adding personal touches to their interiors, using the “statement piece” that conceptualises the rhythms of fashion.
